Try to do this:
Connect dongle to computer, launch DC-Unlocker, go to "Server" tab, click "Check login". DC-Unlocker software will show dongle ID.
Enter this ID in website and then you will be able to buy credits.
Sorry, there is no possibility to associate username with dongle.
