Hi, I turned 6 euros to the account. On the account was already 1 credit. Who writes the account is blocked. What's the problem?

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

I have the same problem!! i checked mail box there are email addresses from dc-unlocker but neither one has the link to unblock the account they just have link to unsubscribe!! please help unblocking me!
