I have just joined the Forum and would like to find out how to purchase the DC unlocker dongle and any documentation on the process of how this will work.

I want to know if I purchase this dongle, will I be able to unlock all the supported Dongles.

After you have dongle, you need to connect it to computer, launch DC-Unlocker software, go to Server tab, click "Check login".
