  • Problems buying credits

    I have attempted to purchase credits four seperate time without success. Is there a way purchase that is fast and easy? I received a notice that I was charged a foreign transaction fee but I have not received any "credits". I need 10 credits to unlock my Serria device... Many Thanks!!

    Can you write me your username that you bought credits for?

        You have no credits because your payment was refunded.

        Your payment was refunded because of unverified PayPal account. For security reasons we accept payments only from verified PayPal accounts. Please contact PayPal, verify your account and then try again purchasing credits.

              My account is verified - I received confirmation from Paypal.
              I have purchased credits - I received confirmation email from [email protected].
              Now I receive wrong user name or password when I execute unlock...

                There must be unblock link sent to your email address (the same that you used for paypal), click that link and your account will be unblocked.
                If you did not receive password in your email address (the one that you provided when buying credits from our website), then check in spam box or junkmail. Maybe it went there.
