Cannot buy credits

I try to buy credits, but my paypal payment gets rejected with message :

"UAB Digiteka just sent you a full refund of €7.00 EUR for your purchase.
Sorry only verified accounts allowed"

How do I get a verified account to buy some credits ??

Your payment was refunded because of unverified PayPal account.
For security reasons we accept payments only from verified PayPal accounts. Please contact PayPal, verify your account and then try again purchasing credits.

I hate using paypal. It is such a pita.
But I hope the dc-unlocker works better than paypal.
Maybe you could put a warning on your payment page that only verified paypal accounts accepted.
Maybe one day dc-unlocker will accept payment by normal visa card like most other merchants.
I can understand why some intending dc-unlocker customers just give up since purchasing credits is too hard.

There is no problem with payment system. There is problem with your account because it is unverified.

No, hipay account can be not verified for payment.
