If you have lost or forgotten your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.

After you will need to check e-mail and copy username and password to software from it.

am sure the password is correct.
if i run program i have message ok u have 8, but i can't find modem
but if i run program as administration i find modem but told me wrong password...

run in win7.

becoz my friends open this account as along time...

can i change the email ?

Sure that you copy-paste username and password when you run DC-Unlocker as administrator and get error wrong username/password? This sounds weird and impossible.

Email can only be changed if your prove us that the account belongs to you (we will need your first payment confirmation email text).

And by the way, I am sure you enter wrong password in DC-Unlocker software. I guess you are trying to enter your forum password in DC-Unlocker software. Forum username/password are not the same as username/password for DC-Unlocker software.
