Problem log in DC - Unlocker

I have no problem in entering the program DC - Unlocker
Username and password is correct and has restored more than once by e-mail
When I log on to the program the following message appears access denied!

Do not use Phone System Analysis Software (or PSAS) together with DC-Unlocker. If software will detect Phone System Analysis running at the same time with DC-Unlocker, then you will be automatically blocked again. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.
