Access Error

Hi

I purchased 7 credits and then downloaded the program. Using the login details received in the email resulted in the access error comment when trying to use the dc-locker program, can you help?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
