re-activate unlock amount

Dear,
Regarding unlock request,
I have already paid 7Eur as below devise to unlock. - as more than couple of days ago till before yesterday showing balance "7 credit amount", same movement i try to unlock, unfortunately not unlocked and lost the amount. (still not unlocked my devise) and still balance is "zero"?!!!

Kindly provide me the amount balance as same, for try again to unlock the same devise.

- above transaction done but lost the credit, still not unlocked the devise.

For device that unlock failed you need to repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.
