How can i unlock huawei Airtel Nigeria e173 modem free. Paypal is blacklisted in my country so can't make payment through it. I do not have username and password

really facing alot here in nigeria. Making payment online is difficult-webmoney, cashu, paypal, hipay... seems to be something working in other countries alone. The site posted by vincetas on resell agents seems not to reply(email sent). Pls i wish ur online payment medium be much easier for us in this part of the world: like payment through bank mastercards, verve... Just my suggestion. ThanksComment
