    access denied ! please unblock

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0975 was giving me "access denied !" error.
    My Paypal payment was refunded because of unverified account which I found out later. I then paid via another verified Paypal account, but I still can't get past the "access denied !" error. I am trying to unlock Huawei U8150 Ideos mobile phone
