I paid from a verified Paypal account. I clicked on the silly PayPal validate email and waited for the website to tell me that my account is validated. However, no email with the password so I can use the credits I purchased. I can see that Paypal has acknowledged a payment has already been made. What gives?
And I checked my spam folder.
I never got password email, but when I clicked on the password reminder in the application, I got taken to a web form where I input my email address, did so and instantly got an email in my inbox and on my mobile phone (neither of which got my password email the first time). Anyway, this issue is closed - might be a good idea to put a reminder in the Paypal invoice or in the silly verification email you sent out...
