There was a scanning software called "IP Tools" detected running together with DC-Unlocker. Please make sure there are no scanning / monitoring / sharing / disassembling / sniffing software running at the same time when you are using DC-Unlocker, otherwise you will be blocked again.
Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.
