I am getting error connecting to server when trying to unlock a ZTE MF61.

I had paid with paypal and due to your policies that payment was refunded.

I paid through Hipay and I am waiting for my login to work.

No block on your username. Can you write me your IP address that you are using to connect? Maybe server is blocking your IP.

Also, check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

Wrong username or password was entered too many times so you were blocked. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

Make sure you copy-paste your password from email which you received after buying credits.
