Error connecting to server - lost credits

I am trying to unlock a Huawei E5331 modem. I purchased 7 credits. When trying to unlock, I received an error code 62 (error connecting to server). I tried several times with same result. I noticed that I have now lost my credits, without being able to unlock the modem. My software user name is "hanlie". I did disable internet access on the Huawei modem and was connected to the web via another modem. Please help and restore my credits.

Try to repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.
