unlock MF91 problems "access denied !"

Hallo,
I always get the trouble with unlocking my MF91.
When I checked the login i get
"access denied"

when i try to unlock I get the message:
anyone an Idea why it doesent work???

Could you write username that you use for unlock? Then we would be able to check more, why do you receive this error.

We do nto have such username in ur system.

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver npf.sys. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.
