How long does it take to get confirmation email. Bought 10 credits - no email an hour later.

Credits are added same minute after payment received. Username and password sent also.
Write your username and e-mail you check and I will check here if payment is received and if so, then will resend e-mail manually.

Have you checked spam/junbox? Also make sure you are looking into the email you've made a payment with.

Reply to own message...FIXED the problem hope this helps others! Initially bought credits as a "new user" via paypal. Was issued a username and password. Tried to use but was blocked because my paypal account was NOT verified. Verified my Paypal account and bought credits as "existing user" and was confused when there was no email with the username/password. Decided to try my original username and password and SUCCEEDED!
