I suppose I need to use an older version so activating voice button is visible.

I tried to buy credit with paypal but got an error message saying.

"This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information."

Sorry, this error comes from paypal, not from us.
We can only suggest you to try other payment method (hipay or moneybookers) or can try to pay later. Sometimes it helps.

I purchased 4 credits, and enabled the voice feature.

Finally it worked.

In dc-unlocker_client_1.00.0416 still says Voice feature : disabled
but it works.
