access denied !

My dc-unlocker account's user name:jackie3344

I receive "Access denied! (error code 17)" or "Access denied!" messages when trying to unlock my ZTE MF91 modem. User name and password are double checked and correct. There are no any network scanners et al. installed on the box.

Please, help with the issue.

There was WinPcap drivers running on your system while you attempted to use dc-unlocker services. You are unblocked now, please remove those drivers before you use dc-unlocker again. How to do that refer to this link http://www.file.net/process/npf.sys.html .
