dc unocker user need help

what is the problem of my dc unlocker but it used already but its unlimited..

but y is that i cant detect my dongle user name

I'm sorry, but i did not fully understand your problem. If you have DC-Unlocker dongle and when you plug it in, username/password fields are not greyed out, try putting it in to another usb port.

am using dc unlocker dongle..but wenever i try to generate code it gives me error connecting to server or error 63.. my dongle id :20068518,, using latest realease softof dc..

Error 63 means no username. Software ask for username when it does not see your dongle connected.
Sure you have connected dongle before starting dc-unlocker?
Try other usb port.
Disconnect other dongles/unlock boxes, connect dongle and start dc-unlocker.

i dont have anyother boxes/unlockers except dongle..i always start software after pluging my dongle to port...am using vpn service for internet.is there any problem wih internet...now am getting Error connecting to server !
without any error code.it worked fine b4 installing new release of dc soft..987 worked for me great even in vpn.after installing this new version only am getting this error.pls help

yes dongle detected by software.it shows me unlock counts,dongle id and some more things.but wen i try to generate unlock code thats not working.getting error. unable to use. problem given by new version only.coz previous version worked for me well

You mean getting error connecting to server?
Write your dongle serial number and what device you try to unlock. We will check, why you receive this error.

am using vpn service that wich conects me to uk server.but am actually from india. when i use indian ip (no vpn)it works.if i use vpn it gives me error.but before installing 1005 release i was using vpn dc worked gr8.pls check your server and solve my problem.struggling everyday

not yet..unablle to work with uk ip's..wen i conect to indian or US it works..but i have UK ip's in working condition.
