    After i Registered for dc-unlocker

    after i registered for dc-unlocker i am unable to log in to unlock my e173 modem and i dont know why i have tried it several times but to no avail its either it tells me wrong username or password and i am sure of the password,email and username cause i log into the site with it.................please help me out on what to do
