What username you are using to login to server?

So you've bought credits under username Rasta? Is that correct. Note that forum account is not related to account that you need for logging into the server.

You should have received login info to your email after you've bought credits first time.

"Rasta" account was created 3 years ago, i suspect it wasn't you who created it. If you've bought credits as existing user and entered same "Rasta" username, you've transfered credits to that account which originaly doesn't belong to you.
