Infinity BEST unlimited activation problem

Hi I had order DC-Unlocker Lite Activation for BEST Dongle on gsmserver.com.
my order is completed today but when I connect best dongle and check login in dc-unlocker client the dc-unlocker server say ;
User : 036B539A87.
Password : Ok.
Credits left : 0.

I think the dongle is not already activated for dc-unlocker.
On gsmserver.com I provide this infinity best serial : 6B539A87.
But in Dc-unlocker client I see Dongle ID : 036B539A87.

Please help me to resolve this problem
