No credit!

Hi! i just have created my account in order to unlock my hw e303. I ddnt know the price so i bought 2 credits.
I received the welcome mail with my username and pwd and when i tried to unlock i knew that i needed 2 credits more. So i went back to the DC page and paid for 2 more credits via Hipay and then recieved the same Welcome mail with my username and pwd but, the credit ammount is the same (only 2)
I have checked thru the dc-unlocker client and it shows 2 credits only.
Can u please check why it was not credited?

did u bought the credits on same name n same payment method?.if no contact dc in live chat .they will help you to transfer the credits from one account to another.

Problem solved, 2 credits were added to your account. This happened most likely because you clicked twice the payment button. Now you should see 4 credits in your account.
