Lost Credits?

Hi DC Unlocker team,

I bought three credits as a new user using paypal.
I got an email confirmation :

New account manna with 3 credits
Item #: 3

I need 10 credits to unlock my modem but after i made the payment for the 3 credits no account exists under my name. How can I buy 7 more credits if i cant trace where the three credits disappeared to?
I have the receipt for payment of the 3 credits

You never lost credits on our server.What is your user name? Did you receive password from us?

Thanks, I got the user name and password.
Then I bought 7 more credits to make it 10(I needed 10 credits). But when i try to login to your server using
I get the error message

acess denied !

What could be wrong here?

Could you enter your username and password 12345? What error you receive then? Maybe some sharring or scanning software is running? If so, close them bofore starting dc-unlocker.

When i select 'Read Unlock code and autoenter to the modem' i get 'acess denied !'

When i go to -> server -> Check login , I get "Wrong username or password !"

Now with my password for both jobs i get 'acess denied !' error.

I dont see any program that could be blocking the operation. Or is it becuse I am connected to the internet using a ZTE AC8710 modem in another port?

Now should be ok. There were about 30 times wrong username entered, thats why you received access denied. Now use your username and password and it will work.
