    its not unlocking complaining of Wrong username or password !

    please, what should i do, each time, i tried to unlock it complained that Wrong username or password ! and when i tried logging in (SERVER) it do complain that the same thing, what should i do? my user name is : johnnycage33 and i have a working internet connection.
