payed via Paypal, after "check login" everything seem ok but than a window opens "Account Blocked" and the programm is closing..

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

For huawei modem you can generate the firmware upgrade code by using dc-unlocker. This is free if modem is unlocked by dc-unlocker. Upgrade code is used when you are updating firmware and update ask for it.
