after unlock huawei e303 . locked again

I just bought dc unlocker dongle.( 20068052)
i unlocked one modem huawei e303 .
after few days customer complaining that it is not working .When i check with dc unlocker it says Locked!!

@supporter .can you please tell me which IMEI is unlocked with this dc dongle( serial number-20068052.) because I dont note the IMEI number before.

and my next question is, my dc dongle is unlimited ? how many credit I have on my account. cos when i checked it says ' 0 'but i can unlocked modem.

can you please check and tell .

You were not able to unlock e303 device because its firmware is not supported for unlocking. Unfortunately there is no solution to this problem at the moment.
