My account is access denied

Hello there..im a new dc-unlocker user today i bought 5 credits for my account to unlock some huawei modem.
I notice that account will be block if you have currently running wireshark on your computer. im an I.T. i already uninstalled wireshark and pcap..can you unblock my account?

Yes, you are right. You were blocked for using wireshark . Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.
