Can't buy credit with my account

Hi,
I have always bought credit as an existing user , now the software message is telling me that "only a reseller can add credit to this account".
I have not contacted any reseller before. please advise. I need to unlock my huawei R205 urgently

This account was created by reseller so you need to contact it if you want to add more credits to your account.

I don't know if you made changes in the organisation and attributed my account to a reseller. As I said before, I used to buy credit directly on your site. However would you indicate wich resellers is supposed to handle my account? I really need to proceed.

Try to purchase now. Now it should be ok and you should be able to purchase.
