Credit gone, but modem was not unlocked

Hi,

I had tried several times to unlock K3770-Z IMEI 911133702610939, but same error. I had 20 credits then, but after the attempt it is showing 19 credits only. Please do the needful to refund that one credit.

Now I have another K3770-Z IMEI 911133703718277, I have tried unlocking it and it unlocked successfully. But again one credit has been taken. Now I have only 18 credits. I think the the ZTE Icera addon is not activated in my account. I had 20 credits when I first used. Please check and activated it.
