No blocks on your ip adress aswell.
Try to make direct connection to internet as this might be the problem why you can't connect to server.
Try to turn off firewall and antivirus software during connection time as they might block it.

I tried now loggin in and i am bale to log in but it is showing credits left 0..but i have not used a single credit and purchased it today only

Your payment reached us but it was refunded, this happened because we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Note that refund usually does not come back instantly. Login to your PayPal account to see why it has unverified status.
