I paid for 7 credits and i have recieved the account username and password but when i try to check & login to dc-unlocker client software it answers:

what should i do?

Try to restart/reconnect device. Make sure it is not connected to internet. Use autodetect on select model line. Unlocking same device second time won't require any additional credits.

No. Only one. Also the programm detect device correctly.The device connection direct by LAN.

And device that you try to unlock is not connected to internet, yes? It is just connected to pc.
