1.if activation consumption is free unlimited

2. if no activation or no have any dongle consumption just 7 credit

why my credit lose 15credit with vygis dongle ?

You probably had demo trial on your dongle for dc-unlocker, therefore you had 15 credits which are all consumed in one action you try to make by dc-unlocker.
