error code 63

I have managed to unlock the R203, note it's a ZWE device not Huawei.

I know it is in the ZTE section, but I have the same device, which I cannot unlock. It comes up with error code 63. Also the unlocker will not let me sign in with my username and password, even though both are correct.

I thought the ZTE R-203 device was available to unlock for free. I can't see a charge for it anywhere.

Free unlimited is only if you have dc-unlocker dongle – a hardware key to dc-unlocker software. If you do not have this key, then you need top buy credits.
