Account not credited after paymet

I registered and pay for 10 credit units through a friend in the United State with username: DeBrain, 14 dollars was charged and I also received a mail (my email: [email protected]) from [email protected] (paypal validate) asking me to click a link to unlock my account, I did and it brought a message that my account has been successfully unlocked. but I checked it on the DC unlocker software, it wrote account ok but with zero credit. Please what happened?

Credits are not added because your payment is refunded.
Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.
