Account Not Credited

Hi,

I bought credits to unlock a device in two different lots, 1 credit bought and applied then a further 6 credits however these 6 credits have not been applied to my account and I now have insufficient credit to unlock the device. Email address used was [email protected] and paid through paypal.

I don't want to create a new post, it happened the same thing to me.

I bought 7 credits to unlock my phone but when I'm logging me on the software it's telling me this :

Check account status

User : tieuc
Password : OK !
Credits left : 0

Should I wait to be credited ?

Credits are not added because your payment is refunded.
Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.
