My credit unit was debited from 12 to 8 yesterday when trying to unlock Huawei E303 modem (glo). This modem is still locked. Although it unlocked another Huawei E303 (mtn) later, but it did not unlock the first modem. Please refund the credit if this modem cannot be unlocked.
