But there is nothing reply.

Once, I pay for the credits to unlock.
The system rejected, but after that, I still get another charge from the bill.
I didn't get the credits from it.
Could you answer me, when and how I can get money back?

What username did you buy credits for? Could you provide payment confirmation for these credits by private message? Then we would be able to check more.

But there was something wrong with Paypal, so I didn't buy the credit.
Then I try to contact my bank, then the pay was successful with the first credit card.

The problem is the system rejected the third credit card.

But I don't know why they still took money from the bank as different charge.

So you contacted me or Vincentas? Because i have no messages/mails from you. your payments were rejected earlier in April because your paypal account wasn't verified, you had to verify it first to make a successful payment. Note for paypal account verification your credit card may be charged for small amount, money does not disappear, but are transfered to your paypal account.
