missing credits

hi, I bought 7 credits to unlock on my B153, but it gave me error 21 and now I am without credits without unlock. how do I get back the credits and try again?

You do not need to buy credits again to attempt unlock same device, it will cost you 0 credits now. For solving Error code 21 try to restart pc and make sure that there are no other phones/modems connected at unlock time.

Sim can be inserted, just make sure your device (b153) doesn't connect to internet.
