Newly joined and having difficulty

Need to unlock a Vodafone 3571-Z mobile broadband dongle originally used in Portugal but now need to use it in Spain with an Orange SIM card.

Have followed all the procedures - dongle shows card locked after auto detection but now needs a login and password as the unlock feature alone doesn't work. Cost table shows free and unlimited codes for this device.

What am I doing wrong.

Thanks for the prompt response. Advice absolutely correct and unlocking went smoothly - regret that rocker/vygis or infinity meant nothing hence my thinking that the service was free!! For 7€ well worth it for the simplicity. Congratulations on a well designed product.
