I purchased more credits to unlock a modem but the account is blocked and whenever I enter the details in the client it closes automatically.
Could you check the account and that payment was received successfully?

Could you open e-mail that you use for paypal? There check for e-mail from dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account. Check in the spam too, maybe it went there.
