New user - Can not pay for credits

Hi

I have just signed up tonight and looking to pay for some credits so I can unlock my zte mf60.

I go to the pay page and enter my username and it say that it is not registered.

Any ideas?

I assume I am an existing user?

Forum account and account used for logging into the server are not related. You need to buy credits as new user.
