    Dear Sirs/Madams,

    We have just recently purchased some credit from you and unlocked a Huawei E5332 dongle on EE network. Our login ID is:- Dipak0001

    It stated on your web site under the "https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/dongle_price" that only TWO credits would be used. However when processed we noticed that SEVEN credits was used.

    Please advised if this is a mistake and how to claim back the credit?
