Paid for credit, but received no Email verification, can not access system

I just registered and bought credit under userid "BUSYRES". I paid through paypal, and was returned to your system and given a password. However, because your system did not send me a verificastion email, my userid is still not activated and I am not able to sign in and use the credit. Please help. I sent the administrator a copy of the paypal transaction. Thank you

I finally realized that the email I was trying to open with was not the email I provided. Now I am able to sign in, but I get the message insufficient credit. How many credit units do I need to unlock a Sierra Modem?
