Dc-Unlocker show No username !

Hi have a good day I have a problem with the new version of the DC-unlocker
1.00.1024

Let me tell you I got the activation for my vygis with the sn dongle 00027976
Some months ago.. But today when I wanted to in with the new software of the dc-unlocker it shows me
DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1024

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

No username !

The thing is I have activated my vygis I don't know why I can't unlock any phones

When you connect vygis dongle to pc and launch dc-unlocker software, do you see white or gray fields on server tab before you click check login?

Thanks I appreciate your interest in my problem .. but I could solve the problem thanks to the online assistant who gave me an tip that I had to uninstall my box driver and back to install ... then Now It is working fine .. thanks alot
