Acess denied

Hello,

Today i want to unlock a e220 - now it writes acess denied Error Code 19? - if i remeber right...

But why?

I read about porloggers and so on, but it isn't installed - maybe virusscan?

I really need this account.

Could you write your dongle serial number? Close all scanning, sharring, monitorring or sniffing software if it is running. Then try to use dc-unlocker.

Dongle is not blocked. Could you check again if you receive error code 19 for sure and not other error? Could you write your IP? Or contact us by live char from our web page.

I installed the dc-unlocker client on my other Notebook and OK..
Don't what's the problem - but i will play with it

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.
