Please provide your username under which you've bought your credits, then we will be able to check more.
at first i requested 4 credits using paypal as new user.the amount deducted but no credits are given to me.then i requested 4 more credits as existing user using my mastercard. this time i obtained 4 credits but the credits that i requested as new user via paypal payment are not given to me please help. if u needed i will post u the invoice recipt too.
please provide my 4 credit points as soon as possible.

Your first payment reached us but it was refunded, this happened because we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Note that refund usually does not come back instantly. Login to your PayPal account to see why it has unverified status.
