This software work only with dc-unlocker/vygis/rocker/infinity dongles. If you do not have any of these then you can not use it.

That was not what Vincentas had in mind. DC-Unlocker/Rocker/Vygis or Infinity dongles are actual hardware pieces that are used for unlocking devices.
