  • username and password not sent

    I just purchased some credit for the first time, got an email to activate the account, activated it, but still didn't get the username and password email. Is there something else I need to do?

    After making payment account details should have been sent to email address that you have used during purchasing credits. If you checked spam/junk boxes, main box and no such email was there please provide us your username under which you've bought credits, then we will be able to check more.

      Thanks for the reply.
      I've done that before posting in the forum.
      My username for purchasing credits was gongiskhan
      I didn't use the same e-mail for registering as the one on paypal, which I used to purchase the credits. Maybe that was the problem.
